I agree with James Wallace. I live in the same neighborhood and feel that there are abandoned houses in that section which are not being taken care by the banks who own them. The structures between Wyatt Street and 14th ave nw aren't being taken care of and can be a haven for transients.

Apart from this thread from turning awry, please lets just keep it to what it is.

I am a resident of the area and everyone pretty much leaves everyone else alone. I admit that the neighborhood may need improvement but how can you prevent any landlords from renting to your so called "low-lives". Or prevent criminals living elsewhere from coming in? I suggest that everyone here use the Pinellas county crime viewer as well to monitor crime and lock your doors!! http://egis.pinellascounty.org/apps/CrimeViewer/

Additionally, how about we put our money where our mouth is by implementing a plan for a Neighborhood watch. Unless i'm mistaken...i don't think there is one in our neighborhood.
One thing I ask is that street lighting be made more available around the area as there are some blocks which are completely devoid of any lighting.

Finally, i think it is a good idea especially with the recent "clown" sighting in by a largo middle school resident: http://wfla.com/2016/09/30/pasco-deputies-investigate-creepy-clown-reports-sightings/.

Trust me when I say that these pranks/threats are dangerous to both parties involved, especially ones who happen to have a concealed carry license.
